At Greater Western Water, we define community engagement as: A commitment to collaborate with our diverse community to plan and deliver our services.

Greater Western Water released our first ever Community Engagement Framework in February 2021. This year we will be reviewing our Framework and preparing to start consulting the community on its next iteration.

Our Community Engagement Framework gives us the foundations to involve our diverse community in shaping our future together. It describes what community engagement means to us, has a set of clear principles and process steps that guide the way we engage, and how we collect and use community input to guide our decisions.

As we look to our next Framework, we want to hear how we went with our first version. We want to know what we got right and what you think needs to change. Your feedback will help shape our next Engagement Framework.
