We're refreshing our Engagement Framework. It's the way we connect with the community across our projects, services and day-to-day work. Whether we’re planning a local upgrade or shaping future priorities, we want to hear your ideas.

Between May and July 2025 this year, we invited you to share your feedback because you’re the expert in your community, and your perspective helps us make better decisions.This input helps us involve you in ways that feel meaningful.

We’ve listened closely to what our community said during consultation, and we’re now reporting back on what we heard. Your feedback has helped shape the direction of our revised Engagement Framework, which will be released in early 2026.
