Greater Western Water (GWW) has updated its engagement guidelines to strengthen how it involves community and stakeholders in decisions about its projects, services and day-to-day work.

Responding to community feedback gathered at pop-up events, online surveys and submissions last year, GWW’s updated Engagement Framework 2026-2030 explains how we will work with communities and stakeholders across our region on matters that may impact or benefit them.

This includes providing information on the services we deliver, asking for feedback on new projects or shaping future priorities.

The refreshed framework reflects what our stakeholders and community have told us what they value most: clear and proactive communication, transparency and honesty, efficient customer service, inclusive and accessible participation, opportunities to learn about water and understanding how their input influences decisions.

It sets out the principles we will follow when working with community and stakeholders and guides how we design and deliver engagement across our work.
