We were unable to complete this work due to unexpected conditions further along the sewer pipeline. We will now be returning to complete this cleaning and maintenance.

• Timing: We will restart this work from Sunday 16 November for about 3 weeks.

• Construction hours: 9pm to 5am, Sunday to Thursday

What to expect during this work:

• There will be some traffic lanes closed. Roads will remain open with traffic management in place to help vehicles move safely around our construction.
• You will see trucks and other construction equipment at our worksites.
• Our trucks and pumps will produce noise. We will make every effort to keep noise to a minimum where possible.
• Outside of construction hours, lanes will reopen to traffic.

Why does this work need to be completed at night?

We need to do this work at night to reduce disruption to commuters in the busy Melbourne CBD, and access the sewer when flows are low during the night.
