Key information

• Timing: From Wednesday 22 October for 6 to 8 weeks.
• Construction hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. There will be some works up to 10pm. We will provide updates before these night works.

What to expect during this work:

• Activities will include saw cutting and excavation to safely access and relocate existing services and utilities.
• You will see temporary fencing and barriers, trucks, excavators and earth moving equipment.
• Noise from construction machinery and vehicles. We will make every effort to reduce noise where possible.
• Dust will be minimal. We’ll use dust suppression and regular site maintenance to manage any dust.
• There will be traffic changes including lane closures, changes to access and reduced parking. Signage and on-site personnel will assist vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists to move safely through the area.
• We are committed to maintaining safe and accessible pedestrian routes for all, including those using mobility aids. If access is temporarily disrupted, detours will be clearly marked.
